“Jared is Jared, I mean that in the nicest way possible, I like the game played in a certain way and I needed someone to dictate games by controlling possession, he’s been excellent for me and Westy and also been a good team mate with him receiving the Player’s player of the year award.”

“Not just Jared in particular but any flair player you recruit you have to play to their strengths, over the years I have seen many talented players in non league sign for teams and all treated the same, robots almost to be honest. You have to look at the strengths and not look at what they can’t do”.
