One of the hallmarks of our new era is the groundbreaking technical partnership agreement with Benfica, a world-renowned football institution. This partnership signifies a commitment to player and coach development that is second to none, promising an exciting journey of growth and excellence for our club. It represents a massive investment in the junior players at our football club, we will receive two highly qualified and experienced coaches from Benfica who will come and live and work in our community delivering a level of coaching expertise rarely found at this level. This partnership is all about knowledge exchange and learning from an institution that has a renowned reputation for developing talent.

Additionally, we are proud to be associated with Mango Football, an innovative player development company chaired by none other than former Premier League referee, Graham Barber. This affiliation enhances our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence on and off the field.

Our junior section, boasting an impressive 28 teams, stands as a testament to our dedication to grassroots football. These teams are not just numerous; they are competitive and successful, embodying the spirit of Eastwood CFC.
